Geoff Bahn - Director Geoff comes from a predominantly service orientated background (20 years) with the last 14 years predominantly as a management trainer and safety consultant. Geoff's role within KIS Safety is one of marketing, training, servicing and facilitation. Geoff has worked with a number of large organisations assisting them with culture change processes and productivity improvement. His ability to relate to people and his dedication into seeing projects successfully completed saw him in KIS's first pilot site (see case study) under heavy scrutiny from both internal and external parties. The pilot site was such a success that site 2 was impatiently awaiting site 1's completion so that it too could have the system in place. The programme's success has resulted in other companies deciding to adopt the KIS programme as their system of choice. Geoff's qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Business (Management Studies), Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety, Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment & Diploma in Frontline Management.
Dr. Susanne Bahn - DirectorSue was invited to join the company as part of its national and international expansion. With a PhD in OH&S as well as her degrees in Education and a Masters in Human Resources Management and her demonstrated past experience in marketing have proved to be an asset for the company and clients.
