The course will cover:

	Defining a Job Hazard Analysis
	Explain the difference between a Job Hazard Analysis and a Job Safety Analysis.
	Break a task down into a logical sequential steps.
	Hazards and terminology used in the workplace.
	The controls used to eliminate or minimise hazards.
	The application of measurement to the controls.
	Risk raking the job steps prior to any controls being put in place.
	Risk ranking the job steps after the controls are in place.
	Identifying areas for further application of controls.
	A JHA will be written by the participants during the session.
	JHA's will be reviewed and corrected where necessary.
